Our client is a leader company in automotive industry with production sites in several countries throughout Europe, we are looking for an ambitious and dynamic candidates for the position of HR Manager. The selected candidate will work directly with the Board of Directors to implement positive changes and policies with in the human resource function of plants as well as managing an operational team.

Opis stanowiska / Job description:

  • Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business in Poland
  • Supporting and implementing strategic personnel and organizational changes within the company
  • Administering payroll and maintaining employee records and interpreting and advising on employment law
  • Ensuring the necessary systems and procedures are effectively managed in order to attract, recruit, train and develop all company employees
  • Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
  • Advising managers on organizational design specifically within the manufacturing setting, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development
  • Working closely with the employee council
  • Preparing and analyzing reports and presentations

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:

  • University degree (law, economics and people management faculty preferable)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR gained in a production environment as HR Manager
  • Practical knowledge of Labor law within Poland and international settings
  • International experience required
  • Solid experience in process and project implementation
  • Target-driven with can-do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish the necessary credibility through all the levels of the organization to influence and coach other senior managers
  • Fluent English or German is required
