For our Client, a Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, dedicated to an international company, we are looking for HR Administration Team Leader with English.

Main responsibilities on this position will include new hire and current employees administration (including e.g. entering or updating personal information records, salary information or relocations administration), cooperate with business partners, maintain HR systems information, seek opportunities for improvements in HR administration area and apply improvements. In addition, Team Leader will be responsible for managing the team, coaching, monitoring work of the employees and cooperating with colleagues from other HR sub-teams in ad-hoc administrative tasks.

We are looking for Candidates with 3 years of experience in HR field and with 1 year of experience in team management. Experience in SSC/BPO environment is certainly welcome. Excellent English skill is a must. The knowledge of PeopleSoft and Taleo will be a strong asset. We are looking for a communicative and well-organised person who is able to work with team.
