• Team covers 24x7 (365 days a year – weekends and holidays). Appointed person will work 12 hours on day and night shifts depending on the shift pattern. Shift pattern includes days off in order to not exceed monthly hour norm defined by Polish law

• Monitor all systems via centralized monitoring toolsets, to resolve or escalate problems in accordance with documented process and procedures, within pre-defined timelines, to prevent any financial impact to the business.

• All errors must be logged within the Business agreed Problem Management System, to the defined standard and in accordance with departmental requirements.

Coordination of Service restoration activities, which include conference call facilitation, escalation to support organizations, notification to senior TI managers & Customers/Business, using pre-defined problem and incident management standards and toolsets.

• Perform all manual activities to the defined standard, following documented procedures explicitly, to ensure continuity and compliance of process. Any change related activities that require a change to the standard BAU documented process, both in terms of complexity or timing of event, must be performed exactly as stated within the fully approved change record. Escalate any inaccuracies, ambiguity or seek clarification where required, prior to performing non-BAU activities.

• Provide professional first-line support out of core Business Hours when customers report problems directly to the SDMC. SDMC Operatives will ascertain the scale and impact of a reported problem and escalate to the relevant Support Organization where appropriate, notifying their line manager / supervisor accordingly.


- Strong written and oral communication skills. Technical level English and Spanish language skills are a must.

- Ability to work in a high volume, pressurized, financial organization. Organized and methodical, ability to multi task, with good time keeping skills.

- Commitment to the concept of Service Delivery and to delivering work within tight deadlines.

- Ability to quickly learn multiple platforms, toolsets and processes.

- Ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical personnel.

- Ability to take ownership for activities under their control.

- Ability to take ownership and accountability for activities under their control.

- Proactive and flexible in terms of workload and providing cover is essential, due to the nature of the environment, shift patterns and workload.

- Able to follow documented processes & procedures and to repeatedly follow instructions consistently.

- Reliable team member, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
