For our client, an international company from FMCG sector we are looking for candidate for the position of

HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of internal and external recruitmentprocesses, conducting interviews and selecting candidates to meet theorganization’s needs
  • Cooperation with Job portals, selection of serviceprovider and contract negotiation  
  • Cooperation with Recruitment Agencies, contractnegotiation 
  • Providing professional advice and support to themanagement on all HR aspects (employment, terminations, organizational changes,workforce planning, development, etc) in line with current employmentlegislation and best practice
  • Procure relevant market and benchmarking information(e.g. salary, employment situation in Poland)
  • Taking care of hiring process, includingadministrative work related to personnel
  • Personnel files administration
  • Supporting various global, regional and local HRprojects such as :
  1. Staff satisfaction survey process
  2. Integrated performance management
  3. Role profiles for all positions
  4. Talent Development Program
  5. Employer branding initiatives
  6. Outplacement
  • Providing support in creation and implementation oftraining plan, selecting providers and contract negotiations
  • Train managers in recruitment, HR processes and labourlaw
  • Backuping outsourced payroll processes during absenceof Payroll Coordinator
  • Providing support in the annual salary and bonusreview processes and ad hoc compensation related matters

Requirements:

  • University degree inHR, Business Administration or other relevant area
  • At least 5 years ofprofessional experience in HR in international company
  • At least 3 years experience in recruitment
  • Good User experienceof Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledgeof English allowing business communication
  • People management experienceis a plus
  • Labour law knowledgeand practical experience, knowledge of HRbest practice, at least basic knowledge about payroll, knowledge of principles,procedures and methods for personnel recruitment
  • High interpersonal skills
  • Planning and organizing
  • Negotiation skills
