Project Recruitment Administrator

Workplace: Warsaw

We are creating a team of Services Procurement Specialists (Recruitment Administrators) to carry out the following tasks on behalf of a large financial services client.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Entering fully executed statement of works (SOWs) into a vendor management system (VMS)
  • Proactively working with client stakeholders, including Sourcing, Procurement and internal business partners, on amending any SOW’s that are about to expire or need additional funding approved
  • Assisting external suppliers in the process of adding individual consultants onto executed SOWs to ensure assignments are starting on time 
  • Auditing records to prevent duplications
  • VMS reporting
  • Collaborating with internal business partners to obtain necessary approvals for SOWs 
  • Liaising with internal business partners, external vendors and other internal client teams to ensure all necessary documentation is provided and reviewed in a timely manner
  • On-boarding/off-boarding consultants joining or leaving SOW assignments

Requirements:

  • Vendor Management Service/Managed Service provider experience
  • Staffing industry experience
  • Ability to work with confidential issues
  • Effective writing, verbal, interpersonal, and in presentations skills
  • Able to interact and communicate with all levels of management and staff
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present complex data 
  • Detail oriented, critical thinker, problem solver
  • Experience recruiting within finance, operations, risk, HR or other corporate functions would be beneficial
