Its projects involve searching for candidates to fill positions that require advanced technical or managerial skills, as well as high-volume recruitment associated with creating new structures or new teams within a short timeframe. The Antal SSC & BPO division consists of sections specializing in the following disciplines: Finance & Accountancy, Banking Operations, Payroll/HR, Legal Operations, Customer Service/IT Helpdesk, Purchasing, Supply Chain.

Job description

  • Daily communication with sales offices / customers
  • Receive, process, and confirm orders, handle return orders and related invoicing
  • Delivery planning and stock follow-up to control inventory levels and old stock to meet agreed targets
  • Monitor the proper and on-time delivery
  • Receive, process, and confirm of sample requests
  • Calculate and issue credit notes / rebates / bonuses to customers, eg. due to a bonus for exceeding the agreed sales level or early payment (cash discount)
  • Monitor customer sales plan, market quota, credit limits, overdue payments and take the needed action
  • Review offers and sales contracts when requested by sales
  • Maintain customer related IT system data and price agreements, knowledge of regulations and instructions governing the principles and methods used in IT systems, keeping records in these systems in accordance with applicable procedures, instructions and permissions
  • Daily contact with internal stake holders in sales, production planning and logistics to ensure proper and proactive information exchange to meet our promise to customer
  • Monitor the conduct of the orders, prepare reports requested by customers and / or superiors associated with order fulfillment process
  • Issuing and signing the shipping documents in accordance with applicable regulations (EUR, CMR, etc.).
  • Opinions on the incoming letters of credit to meet requirements for sales documentation
  • Complete and issue the necessary documents required by the letter of credit / bank collection, delivery of documents to the bank within the validity of the letter of credit to enable the customer to prepare for the formalities related to the goods receipt
  • Calculation of commissions to foreign agents / checking the accuracy of the commission charged by the agent
  • Archiving of sales documents (eg. customer orders)
  • Perform other tasks delegated by superior related to the operations of the organizational unit
