We are looking for ambitious Local Recruiters/ Brand Ambassador with top communications skills who are ready to launch their careers to the next level. Key Responsibilities

So much of success is based on how effectively you communicate with others. This is especially true of top recruiters.  As a Local Recruiter/Brand Ambassador you will:
  • Be responsible for identifying top quality IT professionals within your country and leading them to apply for various positions within our organization.
  • Gathering potential candidates by using popular software development centric social networks including StackOverflow, Github and local sites
  • Making cold calls based on target lists approved by your local Country General Manager
  • Run and measure the performance of multiple email campaigns.
  • Run and measure the performance of multiple ad campaigns on Facebook, Google Adwords, Twitter and Linkedin.
  • Attending local Crossover events in order to become a resource for candidates & current contractors
  • Assisting Country General Managers in managing and scheduling their daily agenda.
  • Perform marketing "stunts"/campaigns i.e. go to industry events and engage prospective applicants through creative marketing
  • Pitch the benefits of remote work

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment
  • 2 years of recruiting experience utilizing LinkedIn
  • Someone who enjoys personal communication and will get personal satisfaction from helping others find the right position with our company
  • A communicator whose written and spoken English is clear and effective;  probably in the top 20 percent of English speakers;  English doesn't have to be your first language, but you should speak and write it almost as if it were.
  • Fluent in the local language
  • A goal-oriented approach that will lead to high volumes of qualified candidates applying for our positions
  • Someone who can quickly gain a familiarity with the requirements of the positions we are trying to fill, and convey that understanding to the candidate
  • Drive, charisma, and charm
  • Willing and able to work the schedule needed to effectively communicate with your team and with candidates around the globe
  • Comfortable using Skype, Google Docs, Google Drive, and similar cloud-based tools for communications and work product
  • Connections in the IT industry will be considered a plus
