Leader of Service Desk and HR Administration Team

Job description:

  • Supervision and motivation of the team
  • knowledge of processes in areas Service desk and HR
  • Monitoring and prioritizing the team workload
  • Managing the team’s shifts
  • Keeping all required process documentation up to date

Requirements:

  • Very good command of English (C1)
  • Nice to know one of languages: French or German
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Expierence in working on similar positions 
  • Knowledge of Service Desk and/or HR administration processes
  • Experience in transition projects
