You as a Manager, Quality & Continuous Improvement will be part of Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services Support team based out of Krakow and responsible for implementing Lean / process excellence / standardisation initiatives with directives from Global Practice lead.

• Deployment of Lean / Six Sigma tools to improve efficiency & effectiveness
• Conducting Lean training sessions across various levels in the organization
• Work closely with Operations team to identify process improvement opportunities
• Spearhead / mentor productivity & quality improvement projects
• Demonstrate excellent domain understanding of Lean / Six Sigma tools
• Ensure standardisation and simplification of processes, in line with guidelines set by Global GBS practice leads
• Monitor end to end process flow of delivery units to identify opportunities of improvement and convert them into actionable in cooperation with key stakeholders
• Demonstrate excellent project management, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong training, influencing, analytic, presentation and change management skills
• Able to create strong relationship with peers and leadership across functions
• Create learning culture among team members and encourage others along with self to keep updated with industry best practises and updates

• Bachelor's / Masters in any stream with 8-12 years of experience in deploying Lean
• Six Sigma in a BPO / KPO domain with 6-8 years in core building Lean culture
• Operational Excellence/ Business Excellence role will be an ideal fit
• Your experience in Shared Services for a Global Company (e.g. Procurement / Finance ) will be an added advantage
• Must be a certified Lean Expert
• Lean Champion / Six Sigma Black Belt
