To strengthen our Administration Team, we are looking for Senior Administration Specialist with excellent organizational and communication skills. As Senior Administration Specialist your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:
• Coordinates workspace allocation per departments and function
• Strategic workspace planning to provide effective and efficient utilization of the office space
• Planning and organizing employees’ moves within buildings and locations
• Monitors inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials and services
• Coordinate and supervise external services to ensure appearance and cleanliness for all ABB BS area locations
• Coordinate and supervise daily general maintenance duties: including moving furniture, office related equipment’s, setting up for special events
• Oversees facilities services and maintenance activities
• Maintains appropriate communications within and between various departments and functional areas
• Support admin and facilities related activities
• Coordinate with vendors regarding procurement, purchase and delivery of goods and services
• Manage team, including directly reporting Managers and Team Leaders
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
• Participate in the development and streamlining of procedures and internal initiatives


To be successful in this role you will need:
• Bachelor's / Master’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration/Office Maintenance
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Fluent knowledge of MS Office tools
• Experience in managing teams and projects
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Problem-solving attitude
• Vendors management skills
• Process oriented, work in teams and within deadlines

In addition, the following would be preferable:
• Experience in a Shared Service for a global company
• Experience in development and streamlining of SLA and KPI for services
