Therefore we are consolidating our internal services into a world-class Global Business Services (GBS) organization, with the largest center located in Krakow. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Learning and Talent Manager. Seize this unique opportunity and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.


As a successful candidate:

• You will be implementing the global learning and talent strategies in the GBS Hub by delivering best in class standard and customized learning and talent solutions
• You will be developing the training plan based on Hub organization needs, drawing on existing solutions from the CoE Learning and Development where applicable, and ensuring new solutions are provided where necessary. You will be driving execution of the agreed plan, together with the local Learning & Talent team and Hub Delivery Leads
• You will be driving the execution of talent development programs and the ABB GBS annual performance and competency development cycles
• You will be supporting the new hire onboarding process to accelerate employee orientation and readiness for the role
• You will be acting as owner of hub training budget. You will be developing the training budget based on hub organization needs and manages the service provided within the budget agreed. You will be consistently applying the relevant Global and Region pricing model
• You will be acting as an internal trainer for soft and leadership skills/interpersonal communication topics, when required
• You will be managing the Team of Learning and Talent Specialists. You will be ensuring that the team is effectively organized, appropriately staffed and skilled, coaching and developing team members to create a high performing team and contribute to the wider global HR talent pool. You will be ensuring talent processes are fully implemented in the team


• Bachelor or Master’s degree
• 8-10 years’ professional HR experience
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
• Experience developing and leading talent management/development programs and experience in conducting assessments and providing feedback
• Demonstrated ability to effectively assess and analyze learning and development needs. Expertise in consulting, designing, developing and delivering learning content and methodology
• Previous team leadership experience
• Understanding of succession planning programs and methodologies
