To strengthen our Learning and Development team, we are looking for a Junior HR Specialist with strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our new Global Business Services center and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.

• Supports internal customers by communicating, informing and consulting regarding policies and standards on Learning and Development processes
• Pilots execution and reviews of trainings; gathering feedbacks after trainings
• Consolidates executive nominations for training enrolments, creating reports
• Assures integrity and updating of training catalogues
• Plans, manages and facilitates pre-bookings like booking rooms or sending invitations for trainings
• Coordinates and facilitates trainings, helping with all queries like enroll for trainings
• Applying the changes in the processes in daily work

• Previous experience in Learning & Development would be a strong plus
• Proficient in business English
• Bachelor's degree
• Exposure to SAP tools is a strong plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities and good organization and coordination skills
• Proactive way of working with a strong “can do” attitude
