We seek an experienced, task oriented and balanced professional willing to support a multinational management team supporting the company’s organizational development with respect to expanding their Global Business Services (GBS) organization, in close cooperation with Strategic Project Integrations (SPI) team.

The main functions of the GBS are Accounting, IT, Procurement and HR with many others being added as the scope expands.

The focus of Strategic Projects Integrations (SPI) is the successful implementation of complex, cross-company transformative initiatives that focus on changing how the company operates and how we engage with the market.

The position will report directly to the Management of Global Business Services center located in Kraków, Poland and will be cooperating closely with Strategic Projects Integrations team based in the US.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and run multiple analysis related to the operation of Global Business Services and Strategic Project Integration team,
  • Assist team members in the analysis of performance and the development of variance reports for their areas of responsibility,
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the reporting procedures and methods,
  • Maintain reporting processes and work with multiple GBS functions and other team members to implement process improvements,
  • Responsible for integrating the graphics and information generated from meetings and facilitation sessions, using automated tools, and research methods into final deliverable documents,
  • Supports the development of all types of documents, presentations and reports to executive management by developing and updating graphics presentations to improve the quality and enhance the usability of these documents,
  • Performs critical analysis of data to prepare concise management updates and reports on a regular cadence,
  • Assist with the creation and management of software programs utilized to pull data from various systems, 
  • Perform data / metrics reviews with the team, record findings, and follow-up on changes to reporting methodology to ensure all problems are resolved,
  • Exercise originality in the formulation and development of techniques to support analysis needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field,
  • Multiple-year experience in a similar role,
  • Proficient MS Excel user,
  • Fluent English written and spoken,
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders,
  • Strong organization & coordination skills,
  • Strong ability to analyze, digest and summarize information coming from multiple sources,
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools / Tableau will be an asset,
  • Prior working experience with Oracle system will be an asset,
  • Understanding of Engineering & Construction business will be an asset
