Business Analyst Supplier Management

We are looking for Business Analyst who will work with process owners, drivers and key users to improve the business performance by designing and implementing solutions for business process automation. The BA will also monitor the global performance of IS services which support the core process and take proactive and/or reactive steps to restore or improve service performance. The BA reports directly to the Service Business Manager for a global delivery area.

Opis stanowiska / Job description:

  • Coordinate, document business requirements, define scope, clarify objectives of on-going and new business initiatives/projects in Supplier Management Area: Sourcing of Direct and Indirect Goods, Vendor Master Data Management, Tender, Contract Management, Supplier Performance Evaluation, Spend Analysis Reporting;
  • Coordinate, document business requirements, define scope, clarify objectives of Change Re-quests in Supplier Management Area

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:

Level of education and languages:

  • Bachelor Degree in IT, Engineering or Business;
  • Excellent English, written and spoken;
  • Fluency in other languages is advantage.

Required experience and skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Logistic, Manufacturing processes;
  • Excellent Knowledge of Supplier Relationship Management tools;
  • Good Knowledge of SAP functionalities (logistics);
  • Excellent communication, inter-personal and stakeholder management skills;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing IT service and vendors;
  • Experience in working fora large manufacturing business would be beneficial;
  • Managing and measuring Work;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Problem Solving;
  • Drive for Results;
  • Availability to travel (10%).
