JOB MISSION

Contribute to define and implement People Excellence strategy in order to achieve business objectives in own function/local organization, leading and facilitating the change. Serve as a consultant to management on HR-related topics. Facilitate, measure and improve the quality of management and teamwork. Foster a recognition culture at work, assess and deal with employees engagement. When Local HRBP manages the employee relations and acts as a primary interface with unions representatives for his/her own organization.

Your task in this role will include:

  • Leads and deploys People Excellence programs implementation in own organization, supervising his/her own team in providing the best services to the employees (local HRBP), with the support of central HR CoE on designing, deploying, fine-tuning and on overall evaluation (functional HRBP).
  • Continuously evaluates the organization set-up in order to achieve better effectiveness and efficiency, to meet the enterprise business priorities and the HR strategic agenda’s requirements for the own organization.
  • Consults the business leaders on organization design & development (planning, assessment/diagnosis, evaluation, following-up).
  • Ensures the right cost sizing with respect to the budget and to the changing needs within the year, as well as on a longer term horizon, according to the organization set-up.
  • Provides advisory and coaching to business line managers to facilitate achievement of established business objectives throughout a proper people management. 
  • Participates in system/process redesign/reengineering for what concerns HR related topics.
  • Acts as a primary interface for strategic projects implementation for his/her own organization.
  • Acts as change management facilitator. 
  • Promotes an inclusive environment and work-life balance, measures and deals with employees engagement.
  • Effectively communicates to employees on main relevant topics regarding work-life, HR processes, main organizational changes, etc. , regarding own organization.
  • Recruits, develops and retains high-performing and talented workforce for his/her own organization.
  • Identifies training and development needs through performance management system outcomes, as well as competencies and leadership behaviors evaluation ones.
  • Manages compensation and benefits programs including pay adjustments, incentives and bonus programs for the managed workforce.
  • Promotes a culture of daily recognition among employees at work, leveraging on people leaders.
  • When Local HRBP, manages employee relations with union representatives for own organization, as well as promotes, implements, communicates activities, policies regulations and standards related to occupational, health and safety issues for blue and white collars.
  • Manages own organization and succession planning.
  • Is in charge of talent selection and people development for the own team.
  • Manages own department’s budget.
  • Manages and executes HR processes ensuring their implementation for his/her  own population. Supports talent management process (selection, development and career path)
  • Ensures team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication. Drives his group and enable the right level of cooperation among functions
  • Ensures appropriate development, training and coaching for the direct reports. Provides leadership and mentorship to the entire team
  • Ensures communication of vision and strategy  for his/her area of responsibility above and below within the organization

Background and Experiences:

  • Relevant experience on a same or very similar managerial HR role in manufacturing organisation/environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compensations and benefits, talent acquisition & employer branding, workforce planning and HR technologies.
  • Experienced in Change Management and Cultural Transformation.
  • People Development and Talent Management experience, ability to identify hiring needs and potential within the organisation, plan succession and carry out employer branding activities.
  • Must be a true HR partner to the business.
  • Strong communication skills, be creative and cooperate with other functions.
  • Be a team player and have a high level of ownership.
  • Computer literacy.
  • English is a must.
