Service Desk Specialist / German Speaker

Tasks:
  • Customers' support regarding problems with network, hardware, software applications
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff 
  • Administration and providing control of  access and exit
  • Document and manage problems and work requests and their resolutions
Requirements:
  • Very good knowledge of German (min. B2)
  • Good English  skills
  • Very good  problem solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Openness to work in shifts (24/7)
  • Technical helpdesk or technical call center experience will be a plus
