Marketing Automation Specialist

In this role, you will be part of Sonova Marketing Excellence team supporting Marketing Managers from different brands and countries in designing, implementing, and monitoring B2B and B2C marketing campaigns. You are a digital marketing expert able to drive Marketing KPIs including demand creation and conversion, customer (B2B) and consumer (B2C) engagement and retention. Your goal is to automate and continuously improve the Salesforce Marketing Cloud customer and consumer journeys to the best degree possible based on lifecycle, optimized segmentation tactics and analytical data insights. 

Your tasks

  • Become a Salesforce Marketing Cloud super-expert , staying up-to-date with the latest solution functionalities, driving the usage of advanced functionalities, and constantly exploring new marketing solutions and trends;
  • Work closely with the Marketing functions of group companies or of brands’ HQ, providing coaching, guidance, advice, and hands-on support for technically implementing their marketing campaigns;
  • Communicate with stakeholders globally to inform them and promote the corporate marketing solutions; 
  • Provide regular tool analytics and take decisions based on data
  • Perform email A/B testing in an effort to continually improve email performance
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign management
  • Support the global solution set up (multi-brand, multi-country)
  • Assist with evaluating new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Contribute to projects as marketing automation expert

Your profile

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Economics, IT or New Media.
  • Strong digital marketing experience with a focus on marketing automation (campaigns design, implementation, analysis and continuous improvement). At least 2 years of marketing automation tool experience (eg. Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketo). Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an plus.
  • Good data analytics skills and experience with setting up-and using Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other similar tools.
  • Knowledge of online form data capture, HTML, CSS, web design and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Good understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as sender score, deliverability, and sender reputation
  • Experience with reporting & data analysis, knowledge of GA and other web tracking best practices is a plus
  • Passion for innovation, for staying on top of current marketing best practices and for implementing them to improve campaign performance
  • Flexible team player with excellent communication skills and strong hands-on attitude, comfortable working with various stakeholders from different countries and cultures, able to work with both remote and co-located teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment. Project and change management competencies are a plus
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Proficient knowledge of any of the following languages is a plus: German, French, Italian, Spanish.
