Web Content Management Specialist - IT Coordination

In this role you will ensure the execution of web content projects for Phonak websites & platforms and cooperate with Corporate IT and other technical teams on new developments. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Web page building and update for phonakpro.com and phonak.com in the CMS, including publishing and rolling out the content globally
  • Executing web content projects on the websites and other digital platforms under the guidance of Phonak marketing teams in Switzerland
  • Cooperating with the Corporate IT team and other technical teams 
  • Coordinating monthly IT releases, testing new developments 
  • Fixing platform bugs or reporting and coordinating with relevant teams 
  • Supporting countries globally in questions and issues related to their local Phonak websites and digital platforms 
  • Website content quality maintenance 
  • 10-20% travel availability 

Your profile

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with CMS - content management systems, like AEM, Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager will be an asset 
  • Worked with Jira or other IT ticketing tools
  • Has been cooperating with IT
  • Experience in testing
  • Agile
  • Good sense for online content quality 
  • Comfortable working in a distributed team
  • Excellent communication and support orientation
  • Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus
