HR Administration Specialist - Automotive

Miasto: Brzeg, Jelcz-Laskowice, Oława

Region: dolnośląskie

Main duties

  • Recruitment and selection of employees according to the plan and the current needs of the company on the basis of the relevant procedures.
  • The overall supervision of the employee from the start until the end of the employment.
  • Preparation and monitoring of documents related to the stay and work of foreigners in Poland:
    • work permit
    • residence permit (residence card)
  • Research of training needs in collaboration with the management of the company.
  • Conduct and control of a yearly employee evaluation process.
  • Cooperation with the insurance company in providing private health care for employees.
  • Cooperation with Payroll company in preparing  and providing necessary data and documents
  • Organizing business trips of employees (incl. booking hotel, flights, etc.)
  • Registration of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Other HR and Administrative tasks commissioned by the supervisor.

Required qualifications basic

Education

  • Higher - economics, law, administration

Qualifications

  • Valid driverse licence (B)

Previous Experience

  • Min. of 1-2 years of experience on HR /ADM position

Abilities

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Very good English language skills
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Very good communication and team work ability
  • Accuracy, conscientiousness, openness and commitmen
  • Basic Knowledge of the Labour Law regulations

Required qualifications - preferred

Education

  • Human Resources Management
  • Other trainings and courses related to HR

Previous Experience

  • Experience in HR Department in international manufacturing company

Abilities

  • Knowledge of ISO TS standards
