Office Assistant with English

For one of our clients - global medical company - we are looking for a dynamic, well-organised person willing to join our international team



  • Be the first contact person for all administrative matters
  • Arrange internal and external meetings, including accommodation and travel
  • Hold responsibility for seamless office administration including: post, DHL, photocopying, scanning, kitchen and coffee supplies, meeting room supplies, invoices registration and scanning
  • Provide basic support and guidelines for all administrative IT systems
  • Provide administration marketing support, liaising with the suppliers and corporate office to ensure all required promotional goods are available
  • Assist internal and external customers with flights, accommodation and airport transfers.
  • Support Business Unit Manager in his daily work, e.g. calendar managing

Relevant knowledge, skills and competencies

  • Strong administration and communication skills with the ability to interact with all territory colleagues
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Office/Excel/Power point
  • Able to work independently
  • Demonstrate great flexibility
  • Open to different cultures and ways of working
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop
  • Extremely service minded
  • Must be team player and have strong social skills
