Our Client is an international company active in the Business Services sector with subsidiaries in several countires. The business develops really fast offering potential for experienced Finance and People manager. We are looking for strong business partner with strategic acumen and experience in Finance, Accounting and IT, HR departments supervision. The company is well organised and offers flexible working hours and friendly / partnering atmosphere.

The chosen candidate would carry many projects including Capex investments, BI tools, cooperation with SSC abroad.

Podsumowanie / Job summary:

Ideal candidate is an experienced manager who likes hands - on approach and would like to join fast developing supply chain business (double sized in 5 years). We are looking for english speaker who would like to work for medium sized company with very fast decision making process and international exposure. The company is well organised and offers flexible working hours and friendly / partnering atmosphere.

Opis stanowiska / Job description:

  • Ensure timely production of monthly, quarterly, yearly close activities according to the local principles and company policies
  • Managing the Finance, IT and HR team
  • Ensure the timely production of consolidated financial information and business analysis package for top management
  • Create monthly, quarterly and year end reporting packages including analysis and explanation of major deviations versus plan and previous year
  • Manage the well developed HR manager to take joint responsibility for the all HR matters
  • Provide leadership for the team of finance, HR and IT including training, coaching and development
  • Support the Chief Accountant and monitor the entire accounting process including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivables, inventory, fixed assets and cash management
  • Manage relationships with IT delivery partners, internal providers and the own team
  • Develop and manage the Information Technology annual operating and capital budgets
  • Work seamlessly with internal departments in providing requested financial and accounting information and advice where necessary
  • Provide extensive business and commercial support to local and group management so that business decisions can be taken effectively
  • Cooperate with banks and financial institutions in Poland and abroad to optimise financing (line of credit, leasing etc.)

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:

  • University degree with a strong focus on Accounting / Finance
  • From 6-8 years of experience in working independently
  • Excellent analytical way of thinking and fluency in analytical tools
  • Result orientated, proactive personality
  • Fluent English is required
  • Ability to provide, lead and implement innovative improvements
  • Excellent management skills
  • Degree holder (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • Proven abilities in the implementation of budget, cash flow forecast and management system
  • Well acquainted with Polish accounting standards, company laws, taxation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sound knowledge of different accounting software
  • Mature, motivated, independent with strong technical knowledge, solid experience in HR, robust work ethic, and good interpersonal skills
  • Work experiences in a multi-national environment preferable
  • High energy, hands-on, and thoroughly involved in the details while keeping a strategic perspective
