Business Systems Administrator

As a key member of the regional Business Systems Center, the Business Systems Administrator will be responsible for administering the sales business systems in EMEA in close liaison with Global Administrators and EMEA management. The Business Systems Administrator will report to the Business Systems Manager EMEA.

Opis stanowiska / Job description:

* Understand all aspects of Salesforce/CPQ configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications

* Support of system upgrades, new releases - work with global admins, testing prior to new release, communication with global admins, users

* Handle bug fixes & enhancement requests - log tickets, summarize requirements, cooperate with Global Administrators

* Provide the first line support for users - grant access to users (in cooperation with Global Administrators of SF and CPQ), update accounts, close accounts; Provide user training, guidance, resolve issues, communicate news and updates to users

* Provide reporting to Sales and EMEA Management - provide reports (regular/upon request), maintain dashboards

* Continually analyze, evaluate and improve the existing and future business system procedures, practices and processes

* Undertake special projects as directed by the Business Systems Manager EMEA.

* Possible on-site visits to subsidiary locations within the EMEA region.

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:

* Experience in the administration of CRM / other business systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage)

* Strong (software) knowledge of customizing the CRM system

* Proven experience in providing support and training for system users at all levels.

* Demonstrated ability to develop systems procedures documentation.

* Sales background is an advantage

* At least 3-5 years experience in the user administrator role. * Hands-on involvement in system improvement initiatives.

* Ability to communicate technical IT information to non-technical staff (finance, sales, etc).

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work within a team in a collaborative manner.

* Ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships.

* Organizational skills.

* Deadline driven.

* Adaptability to change.

* Self-motivation and initiative.

* Business fluent in English, other European language skills will be of an advantage.
