Our client is a well-known brand in food category. To support further growth in Central & Eastern Europe, we are currently seeking to recruit a hands-on, ambitious Sales Manager with a background in business development, team management and network development. The chosen candidate will take responsibility for the existing investment business and develop the company position to one of the key players on the market.

To support further growth in Central & Eastern Europe, we are currently seeking to recruit a hands-on, ambitious Sales Manager Central & Eastern Europe.

Opis stanowiska / Job description:

  • To pro-actively identify and develop business opportunities in your defined markets (Central & Eastern Europe) and turn these into sustainable revenue / margin
  • To develop and adapt a sales growth plan to meet and exceed the annual sales target for your defined area
  • To develop key business relationships with influential business contacts through both formal business review meetings and informal contacts
  • To manage both branded and private label products
  • To manage product life cycle through product strategy and vision, new product introductions, brand management, pricing, forecasting, promotional plans

Analysing and Planning

  • To research and analyze marketplace information and trends to support development of client strategy
  • To continuously review and manage the company's sales vision, mission and strategic development plan for the Central & Eastern Europe
  • To perform competitor analysis
  • To prepare business case and financial models for all new client opportunities
  • To review account profitability to ensure optimization of the account

Solutions Proposition Management

  • To own, lead, design and deliver client solutions to potential clients
  • To negotiate the best terms possible with all potential prospects and adhere to authorization procedures on pricing.
  • To raise the profile of the Pasta Food Comapany and Ter Beke Group through effective networking and attendance at relevant industry fairs and corporate functions

People Management

  • To manage a small team (currently 2 people)

  • We are looking for a resilient, highly numerate, commercially astute leader with extensive commercial experience, with the ability to influence at a senior level and to deliver a challenging business plan.
  • Proven success of building outstanding partnerships with the largest food retailers
  • Strong communication and i skills
  • Ability to embrace change in a fast growing and vibrant FMCG environment
  • Fluent English used on every day basis
  • Ability to travel in Poland and Europe
  • Confidence in negotiating big numbers is a must
