An interesting role for experienced financial controllers within manafucturing industry, stand-alone role, responsibility for driving forecasting & budgeting processes for Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain dept.

Opis stanowiska / Job description:

  • Driving forecasting & budgeting process for Logistics, Warehousing & Transportation for IMI Hydronic Engineering
  • Forecasting and budgeting for Central Supply Chain department based in Poland
  • Reviewing/analyzing of monthly results (cost variance analysis, dispatch statistics, etc.) and reporting them to Head of Supply Chain and Divisional Operations Controller
  • Transportation and warehousing cost development analysis including proposals for its optimization
  • Weekly and monthly Stock Reporting
  • Stock development analysis including proposals for stock optimization
  • Assuring proper stock valuation according to group accounting standards (performing E&O & NRV calculations/tests, etc.)
  • Preparing the Capital Expenditure plans and Business Cases for Supply Chain and follow-up on execution
  • Performing other ad-hoc analysis
  • Responsibility for branches located in Poland, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:

  • Min 3 years of experience in international company of high volume produced goods will be an advantage
  • University degree (economics/finance or technical and postgraduate studies in finance)
  • Solid knowledge of accounting, budgeting, financial controls, and financial systems (knowledge of Polish and international accounting standards will be an advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills and practical business understanding
  • Able to demonstrate strong practical Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Communicative, well organized, result oriented, eager to learn, good team player and adaptive to change
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and BI tools considered an advantage (very well seen experience in JDE and Cognos)
  • Excellent English required (written and spoken), other European languages an asset
  • Proactive approach, looking to deliver value for the business
  • Able to overcome adversity with a solution orientated mind set
  • Collaborative approach across functions and geography
