Senior Recruitment Coordinator for North America

  • Cooperate with Recruiters, Candidates and Hiring Managers to schedule interviews.
  • Supporting recruiters activities around recruitment process or events (e.g. job fairs).
  • Initiate and coordinate pre-employment verifications.
  • Manage Taleo requisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with all Jacobs Standard Operating Procedures, relevant employment law and regulations
  • Provide candidates with interview preparation information (schedule, location map, contact information, etc.).
  • Ability to work on late shifts - required if supporting activities in international locations (12:00 - 20:00).


  • Experience working in a professional office environment in HR department - ideally as a recruitment coordinator.
  • Experienced in supporting a large team of recruiters and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype for Business).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ideally Taleo).
  • Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills (attention to detail).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
