Sales Consultant

Workplace: Warszawa

Region: mazowieckie

Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new clients;

  • Growing existing clients (growing core clients/teams);
  • Delivering targets aligned with management;
  • Owning and maintaining the list of customers and individual clients using sales platform (HubSpot);
  • Taking an active role in developing and executing the company’s sales and marketing strategy;
  • Work closely with management, area/domain experts to generate more sales opportunities for the company;
  • Deep understanding of all of the services that company provides (including portfolio of IT products);
  • Develop high-level relationships with customers and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize their growth;
  • Preparation of offers, price calculations, drafting contracts and aligning with management;
  • Using existing tools (HubSpot, Trello, Slack) to keep management informed about sales progress;
  • Monitoring competition and market trends;
  • Proposing and negotiating sales conditions and pricing according to the company’s policies and business models;
  • Building effective relationships with key executives and decision makers, identifying, meeting and exceeding their expectations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in sales or consulting in the IT industry;
  • Successful track record in directly driving business and maintaining client relationships;
  • Proven ability to thrive in a work environment that is international, multi-cultural and challenging;
  • Strong track record of high level negotiation with established relationships within the IT industry;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales and generate revenues;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and good follow-through;
  • Excellent business English (written & spoken), second non-native language is a plus.
