IKEA Distribution Services is part of the Customer Fulfilment area at INGKA Group, whose main role is to ensure an effective process of delivering IKEA products and the implementation of key services for customers. Customer Fulfilment is part of the IKEA Retail business area. It plays a fundamental role in the process of building multi-channel sales for IKEA customers. Thanks to these processes, we can meet the vision of INGKA Group to create better conditions for everyday life for many people.

About you:

  • You have a university degree in economics or finance or with at least 3 years of equivalent working experience, preferably from finance, logistics or retail,
  • Experience and/or some experience within a leadership team would be a significant advantage,
  • You will need excellent computer skills and a detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
  • You should be highly analytical and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You will need to be able to present and communicate clearly and persuasively and have a constant desire to develop and improve the business.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. Fluency in Polish is also required.


  • Coordinate the Goal/Forecasts processes for the unit, establishing of budgets, communicate and explain goals,
  • Secure the unit’s functional reporting according to common rules and deadlines,
  • Business Partnering: act as strategic and operational business partner, translating business needs into financial consequences and solutions.
  • Highlight discrepancies between goals and actual results in the units and identify corrective actions,
  • Provide the Unit Managers and the local management teams with reliable navigation information,
  • Secure and develop a high consciousness of cost within the unit, initiate cost saving activities,
  • Secure the performance measurement and support to improve performance of the major KPIs by being close to operations (organising workshops for business improvement or benchmark activities)
  • Facilitate the decision-making process by providing the Unit Managers and the local management teams with tools, analysis and/or evaluations of business potentials,
  • Contribute to the development of Central Distribution with participation in competence networks.

Please be informed that we offer a contract for definite period for 2 years.
