GBS – Global Travel Service Implementation Manager

  • Master’s degree
  • 2-3 Years of prior experience in implementation and project management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Troubleshooting
  • Project Management certification beneficial
  • Leader of change and strong understanding the effects of organizational and process changes
  • English fluent, other languages beneficial

The GBS Global Travel Service Implementation Manager is a project management role responsible for the Implementation, Transformation and Migration of a Global Travel & Expense process and tool.

The role holder coordinates the successful implementation and execution of the process and tools implementation and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with project implementation plan, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.

Main tasks:

  • Design and deploy Travel and Expense global design
  • Manage knowledge capture activities in the countries, with a specific focus on country tax and legal requirements
  • Understand and document differences. Implement mitigation plan where requested
  • Manage the changes affecting third party providers in close collaboration with PL category managers
  • Minimize process change impact during the implementation period
  • Define T&E KPIs and Metrics and roll out T&E dashboards
  • Establish interfaces with multiple ERP systems to enable end to end reporting capabilities
  • Manage senior stakeholders and related communication within projects to ensure that our actions reflect the highest levels of integrity, safety and responsibility
  • Manage transition projects in the Travel and Expense area
  • Manage all aspects of implementation in global and country level. To conduct regular meetings with every country under implementation to review expectations and to create a project implementation plan with milestones and deliverables
  • Proactively identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner. Conduct regular risk assessment
  • Communicate implementation status on a regular basis to relevant stakeholders and global project team. Deliver progress reports, documentation and presentations materials
  • Manage UAT and Hypercare from a functional point of view, discussing country’s feedback, post-implementation reviews and document lessons learnt
  • Provide functional input to global training material and end user trainings
  • Lead activities to foster change that transforms business processes, behaviors
  • Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies
